Agnès DUMOULIN, our spa manager, has prepared for her first season in our hotel, a menu of attractive body care, so that you can enjoy a unique moment of pure relaxation.

Californian, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Slimming, Ayurvedic, head and facial massages, Thai foot reflexology, facials, manicures and pedicures, waxing, pre-sun & after-sun care, scrubs and wraps are the treatments we offer. Let yourself be seduced by one of these treatments in our wellness center or in our "Casamassage" on the beach, facing the wonderful sunset of Casamance. You will not regret it!

Accompanied by our guide Fred, take a canoe and navigate the mangrove to discover the wildlife of our beautiful tropical Casamance region. Escape with the 4x4 in the bush or combine both activities if you want. Our trips of ½ day or full day offer the best visits to Casamance and the best views.

You can also take part in cooking classes, support social and health activities in vocational training centers and clinics in the region, discovering local markets, go fishing, ride a bike or quad for the sporty ones! Discover the Country Selek, the Diola area, Karabane Island, Bird Island and the island of Egueye. If you want to get away and see the authentic Africa, come to our hotel.

Discover the heart of Africa through the items for sale in our shop: bags, ballerinas, wood or bronze statuettes, typical doors, jewellery, fabrics, T-shirts, paintings and African masks are some of the souvenirs that we sell in our hotel. We also have basic necessities, in case of oversight in the luggage.

Once you purchase craft items, we donate the full amount to the local population. Feel free to come take a look inside, you will not be disappointed!

The activities and entertainment at our hotel change regularly. We offer all season the following activities:

tennis table,
trampoline,
petanque,
bodyboard,
kite surfing,
kayaking,
mountain biking,
bums and tums course and muscle building facing the sunrise.

During school holidays, our program of activities goes further, for example, organizing music and dance evenings in our gourmet restaurant or a fashion show, an exhibition of Casamance creations or of African dance.

Moreover, our hotel is located next to a 9 hole golf course of Club Mediterranee, situated directly next to the sea. In addition to access to this great golf course, you will have access to the "driving range", practice "putting green" and "bunker", as well as the Club Med "Golf pro-shop". The reception of our hotel will be happy to organize your roundtrip transfers.
